Man's Greatest Trial
J. Scott Smith
They are always around,
Which is verbally confirmed,
To nag and annoy us
And make us squirm.
They cannot begin to think,
Or even try to assist;
They're more of a burden
Than a saving gift.
Now, I don't question God,
Or why He first made 'em;
He knows what is best
In all of His wisdom.
In fact, I am glad
For these women, less brain,
'Cause if they were smart
They'd be more of a pain!
